Prayer Update From The Larsons
As a deer longs for flowing streams, so I long for you, God.

To our Support Family,
As I write to you today, we are halfway through Kent State's Spring Break. While the university slows down this week, the Spring Break trips that we organize as H2O actually make this week one of our busiest of the year! This time around, we have two trips that we've planned: one focused around service in Puerto Rico, and one prioritizing spiritual disciplines right here in Northeast Ohio at a local camp! As you might guess, having a six-week old means that I opted for the local trip, as opposed to flying south for the week.
Thus far, my favorite moments have been with my small group, in which we meet up to talk at the end of our extended solitude times in the woods. It's been a great blessing to hear about what God is doing in each person's heart this week, whether it's granting peace amidst searching for summer jobs, instilling confidence in who God made us to be, or challenging us to build more relationships with those who aren't Christians. The rapid spiritual depth of conversation is the element of Spring Break that I love the most! |

So, we're on Day Three of studying spiritual disciplines and seeking the Lord together, and it's been a great experience! Day One centered around solitude, Scripture, and prayer, while yesterday had trip participants focus on praying for those in their lives who don't know Jesus. And today, the group is actually headed over to our sister church at Youngstown State University, to practice proclaiming the love of Jesus on a different college campus!
Would you take a moment to pray that God would continue to work in the second half of the week? Specifically, we would love prayer that:
- The Holy Spirit would go before our team at YSU today, and that there would be conversations with non-Christians centered around Jesus!
- After the day at Youngstown, trip participants would connect with the Lord and hear His voice during their last extended solitude time on Thursday.
- The ten members of our Puerto Rico team would continue to love people well through helping with much needed home repairs!
It is such a blessing to know that you are alongside us in prayer during these weeks. Thank you for having a heart for the spiritual growth of those within H2O Kent! We couldn't do this without you. Let us know how we can be praying for you, and have a very happy first day of Spring next week! |

Family Update!:
Baby Bea continues to do well, and is almost seven weeks old! Crazy how time flies. In the newborn phase, we've loved getting to experience our little girl's expressive eyes, sweet cries, and tiny outfits. Keep praying for her health, and that Kelly and I would reflect Jesus' love to her continually!
