We are so excited for our regular programming rhythms to resume next week! Our students are ready to be back and our mentors are getting equipped this week with everything they need to be successful. Thank you for your past generosity and support that has continued to sustain the work being done to develop our youth into the best decision-makers they can be!
With the start of the school year comes a higher need for a few things to help us function efficiently and love our students well.
Can you help us out in any of these priority areas?

Financial Support Needed!
|
|
With the start of a new school/program year comes more opportunity to be present for our mentees (and more expenses). Many of our students have moved to new schools, are transitioning to new schedules, and are searching for deep relationship with someone who cares about them and their wellbeing. To do this well, we are in need of additional financial support to continue to provide the support our mentees need. This month there is a gap in funding, help us end the 3rd Quarter of the year well by giving today!
Would you consider giving a one-time gift today? The impact your gift has could look like this:
- $100 - Could cover one month of snacks for our K-5th Grade Reading Program
- $200 - Could provide a meal for 40-50 mentees
- $500 - Could provide monetary incentives to 5 high school mentees for their good grades
- $1,000 - Could transport 100 mentees to and from mentoring for two months.
- $2,000 - Could provide mentorship for one mentee for a year.

Hospitality Meals Needed - 9/18, 9/23, 9/26
|
|
Only 50% of our meals in September are covered! We are still in need of 3 meals to be donated and served to our mentors and mentees. The below evening dates are available:
September 18th
September 23rd
September 26th

Van Driver Needed (Paid Position) - Wednesday Evenings
|
|
For us to be able to transport all of our mentees to and from their homes to programming, we need to fill one more Van Driver position on our team! Van Drivers also have the opportunity to join our mentor team and/or serve in Hospitality during program hours. Would be 3-4 hours per week with potential for more if scheduling allows.

Volunteer Mentors Needed!
|
|
Do you love pouring into the younger generation? We are looking for volunteer mentors to serve in Elementary, Middle, and High School. Commitment is 2hrs once a week on either Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings.
