Thanks for connecting near the end of 2021 and congrats on the first year at Airtable as of August, how are things going there? It might be early, but I work on a longer horizon and wanted to reach out. I placed Kelly Westbrooks at Theorem (recently he went back to Google) and quite a few others there.

Now that we're doing more in tech here are a few examples below and we still work with the major funds too:

• Gantry - ML Systems, founders are former OpenAI (Josh/Vicki)
• Fifty Years (VC)- use capitalism for good
• Sandbar - anti money laundering
• Rift Finance - W3, token liquidity (ICO soon)
• Harmonic - Robinhood meets LinkedIn, used by top VCs
• Stride - W3, L1 Blockchain, L8 level (300-500K + equity)
• Materialize - low level systems engineering (Rust)
• FTX - you know, the one with the Super Bowl commercial

We're working on Foundational Eng roles across the board (including AI, Data, SRE, Infra, and Security) and in general we're doing more in tech, although the market is slower, we've been successful by filling niche roles.
