Prayer Update From The Larsons
This is the day the Lord has made; let’s rejoice and be glad in it! -Psalm 118:24

To our Support Family,
As the dust settles on another school year, there’s quite literally a feeling of settling on our campus. To be sure, we’re still busy at H2O, with summer Worship Gatherings, Life Groups, and small discipleship groups. As staff, we spend time evaluating and planning throughout the summer, to see how we might improve on our ministry efforts in future semesters! But, there’s also a distinct feeling of the world around us slowing down. Music from house parties fades, traffic-congested streets open up, and campus feels like a peaceful park. |

During this season focused on discipleship, study, and spiritual disciplines, we also get to celebrate our graduates! Roughly 30 seniors from our church walked the stage in early May, and it was so bittersweet to see their social media posts in caps and gowns. The seniors that I know best are our Life Group leaders that I help coach. For a few years, we’ve worked together to lead a study on Thursdays, and on Sunday nights, we meet to check in on each other’s lives and faiths. I am so proud of the five graduating leaders in my group!: |

- Emily is receiving her degree in special education, and will be working for a school near Cincinnati. She is one of the most consistent and faithful people I’ve ever met, and her heart for the marginalized displays the heart of Jesus so well!
- Lauren studied marketing, and will be interning with a company in Cleveland. She displays the spiritual fruit of joy so strongly, and her excitement for life is a blessing!
- Marcus got married this fall, and is considering a career in ministry at some point. He’ll be continuing to lead in our group as a postgrad in the meantime! This guy possesses an incredible zeal for Scripture, and he yearns for each conversation he has to be centered around Jesus.
- Riley will be going to grad school at Bowling Green, where she will continue pursuing a career in counseling. She possesses a strong sense of wisdom in the Lord and a great amount of patience for people!Â
- Tanner is graduating with a degree in Public Relations, and she hopes to remain in Northeast Ohio to build on the friendships that she made during college. A servant-hearted leader, Tanner displays a confidence in her identity in Jesus and leads others so well with humility!

I’ve always said that witnessing seniors graduate is the hardest and best part of my job. Some will stay involved with H2O as postgraduates, but many will move on, and there’s a sadness to that. However, no matter where they end up, it is a joy to know that they will be shining examples of Jesus! They will enter into careers, communities, friendships, and families, while keeping him as the centerpoint. As we conclude another school year, please know that your continued prayer and partnership is quite literally raising up the next generation of followers of Jesus, who already serve and lead in a Christ-like manner! Thank you for investing in these future (and current) servant leaders. |

Family Update!
Â
Bea will be four months old next week! She is a vocal lady, with lots of cute moments of trying to talk to us, as well as lots of tears haha. We’ll be taking her on some car trips soon to visit family, so we’ll see how she does on the road!

Prayer Requests:
- Pray for graduating seniors, that they would keep their foundation in Jesus as they experience change!
- Pray for our church’s summer small groups, that people would point each other to Jesus!
- Pray that our staff will experience rest this summer, after another wonderfully busy school year.
