Delegates, Clergy, and People of Southern Ohio,
In just one week, nearly 400 leaders from across the diocese will gather in Hamilton for our 151st Convention as the Diocese of Southern Ohio.
On Friday, we'll join together for learning and fellowship, concluding our day with Eucharist and the bishop's annual address. And on Saturday, we'll take on our responsibility for the governance and leadership of God's church in this place and time.
This Final Call to Convention includes final details and logistics for our time together, notably the final edition of the Digital Convention Booklet, instructions for parking, and the delegation change form for any last minute changes.
As a reminder, all attendees must ensure their own access to our Digital Convention Booklet, which contains all materials (schedule, map, workshop descriptions, business items, worship bulletins, and more), either by bringing a device to view it or printing it ahead of time. Printed copies will not be available onsite.
Yours in Christ,

The elements described in the Rule of St. Benedict—stability, obedience, and conversion of life—provide a framework for approaching the spiritual life of both individuals and our faith communities.
We will begin our 151st Convention with our plenary, "Divine Love in a World of Change," hosted by our bishop, the Rt. Rev. Kristin Uffelman White, and our keynote speaker, the Rt. Rev. Carrie Schofield-Broadbent. They'll share with us the Benedictine Life Model as offered through the College for Congregational Development, before breaking out into three sets of workshop sessions.
Workshop descriptions are available in the Digital Convention Booklet.

Our Convention Eucharist with the bishop's annual address to the diocese will take place Friday evening at 5 pm.
WORSHIP BULLETINS
The worship bulletins for Eucharist and all other services are available in the Digital Convention Booklet. Attendees should ensure they have a device to view their bulletins or print at home ahead of time.
CLERGY VESTING
Clergy are invited to vest and process wearing cassock and surplice, red stoles.
DROP-IN CHOIR Stephen Sollars (St. John's, Worthington) will lead a pick-up choir at convention. If you are already registered for convention and would like to be a part of this group, sign up here with your voice part. There will be a short rehearsal at 4 pm on Friday.
